Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable): Upon placing an itinerary order and completing payment, you will receive an email confirmation from 44 Visa Services acknowledging receipt of your order and payment.

We offer unlimited reasonable corrections to your itinerary for date changes or travel adjustments.

Refund Policy for Flights and Hotels: The service fee you pay is for making reservations and does not cover the actual ticket costs. Refunds for flights and hotels are provided only if your visa is denied due to our itineraries within the scope of our services. To process a refund, you must provide the complete rejection letter stamped and signed by the embassy authority as a single scanned attachment with the beneficiary’s name visible, along with other rejection documents.

Refund Policy for Insurance: Cancellation of insurance before the start date results in a refund of the insurance amount after deducting a $50 service, insurance cancellation, and processing fee.

Refund Policy for Travel Guides, Visa Interview Questions Guide, Visa Packages: Fees for travel guides, visa interview questions guides, and visa packages are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Refund Policy for Visa Appointments: The service fee for booking visa appointments is fully refundable only under the following conditions:

  1. Inability to book an appointment for you
  2. Receipt of a service cancellation request before the visa appointment is scheduled

Submitting a Refund Request: To initiate a refund request, use the email refund@44visas.com [USE TITLE REFUND REQUEST] within 60 days of the date of payment. Approved refund requests are processed promptly, and you will be notified. Refunds are credited to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account first. Contact your credit card company and bank as processing times may vary. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [refund@44visas.com].
